Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue

3. We’ll review and let you know the next steps

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
